1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Solidten application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solidten. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may only create one account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Solidten to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself
• Upload explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Content and Photos

By uploading photos or other content to Solidten, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

6. Rating System

Solidten allows users to rate other users' profiles on a scale. You acknowledge that:

• Ratings are subjective and represent the opinion of individual users
• We do not moderate individual ratings
• You can set your rating to private at any time in Settings
• Ratings given and received are subject to our data retention policy

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Solidten is currently free to use. We plan to introduce optional premium subscription features in the future. When subscriptions become available, the following terms will apply:

• Pricing — all prices will be clearly displayed before any purchase is made.
• Billing — payments are processed through the platform you use to download the app (Google Play or Apple App Store). Their respective billing terms apply.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation — you may cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds — refund requests are handled in accordance with the refund policy of the platform through which you purchased the subscription (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• Changes to pricing — we will give reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Free features — we reserve the right to change which features are free or paid at any time, with reasonable notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

8. Disclaimers

Solidten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for the content, actions, or opinions of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidten and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or reputational harm.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the operator is based.
